- Sponsors will need to RSVP ahead and provide us with a list of names of the attending guests.
- Each sponsor is allowed a fixed amount of guests. Please do not exceed the quota.
Please wear your sponsorship event wristband at all times. Each sponsor will have their own unique design and will match guests from the same sponsor group.
- Guests without an event wristband are not allowed to enter the venue. You may find your event wristband in the sponsor kit bag.
- For safety reasons, please note that we can only allow 600 guests in the ballroom at any given time. While you wait, feel free to enjoy our other areas, including the FnB section, activities area, and outdoor space, and be sure to visit our interactive booths in the foyer area. Please arrive on time to fully experience Coalition.
- Only Full Moon and Crescent sponsors will have designated reserved seats/sofas. If you need help finding your table please let our staff know.
- Please keep the area clean by not littering. We have provided areas for eating, drinking and also smoking.
- It’s a party so look your best. This year’s theme is Gypsy, so dress to mesmerize.

- A map of the venue will be provided to help you navigate throughout the event. Please note and remember to follow the labeled evacuation route in case of an emergency.
