Wristbands: Kindly wear your sponsor wristband at all times. Each sponsor group has its own unique design, making it easy to connect with fellow guests.
Access: Event access is only permitted with an official Coalition wristband, which you’ll receive after completing registration at the entrance. Please ensure you wear it at all times.
Capacity & Safety: For safety reasons, the ballroom can accommodate up to 600 guests at once. If it’s full, you can enjoy other areas while you wait — FnB section, activities zone, outdoor space, and our interactive booths. We encourage you to arrive early to enjoy the full experience.
Seating: Reserved tables/sofas are exclusively for Uptown and Midtown sponsors. Our staff will be happy to assist if you need help locating your seat.
Cleanliness: Please help us keep the venue pleasant by using the designated areas for eating, drinking, and smoking, and by disposing of litter properly.
Support: For any questions, your designated Liaison Officer will be ready to assist you.
Medical Assistance: A first aid team and medic station will be available onsite for any emergencies. Don’t hesitate to approach our staff if you need medical support.
Navigation & Safety: A venue map will be provided to help you move around. Please take note of the marked evacuation routes and follow them in case of emergency.
